yes. I think he is.

I think in the welterweight division, the most avoided guy is Kell Brook, & for good reason.

But Danny Garcia will get the next big fight in that division, since other top contenders know he is over rated.

I expect the winner of Thurman/Porter to beat Garcia. Or maybe Mayweather comes out since he will see an easy target.

He got exposed by Herrera.

He was getting his ass kicked by Khan in the first 2 & 1/2 rds.

He struggled past a 35-yr old Maliggnaggi.

He lost the Peterson fight IMO.

...And he struggled against a guy that got blown out by both Mayweather & Thurman.

He without question loss to Peterson, I do like Danny though. He has fought and beat some quality guys.He beat the snot out of Mathessey

He sort of remind me of Broner in terms of not fighting any big name fighters. Broner just changed that recently when he fought Porter but almost all of Garcia big name fights came against guys out of their prime or mediocre fighters excluding Khan

Mattyse was probably the most avoided fighter in all of boxing when Garcia beat him. It was the undercarriage of the Mayweather v Canelo card because everyone knew Mattyse was going to be the next mega fight. That win should have catapulted Garcia into superstardom. Instead he seemed to view it as making his career, he's gotten really lazy since then.
