Yep. Frazier committed to Ponder. Now, of course, Harbaugh committed to Smith and still looked for another - but there's no Peyton Manning out there and Joe Webb ain't Kaepernick. I am not saying they can't bring in anyone else and that Alex can't go there and if he did that he can't start or get the chance to compete to start - but this basically stops any of that. It would have been a long shot that I didn't think would happen. Plus, my question was with the hypothetical of Singletary leaving and without this statement of support for Ponder:
