well fellas , i applied for a position as a blogger for riggo's rag with fansided . yeah i know a foolish folly but what the heck ? . any number of people on this site could easily do the same but since i am a retired army grunt i figured , what the heck ? the most they can do is kick old sarge to the curb

i wish i wasnt too old to get into radio and talk sports but i have a lousy radio voice to boot . alas that dream may rot on the vine but why not take a passive aggressive shot at being a blogger ?

with the technology today anyone with time, passion, a computer & the internet can produce their own blog or audio podcast ... if you decide to do something of your own let me know if i can be of any help ... i have a background in audio editing.

My nephew runs a blog. Now you have to understand he is friends with Rick Snider which helps a lot.

I have told Steve Czaban he is a carnival barker for years. He doesn't know much about sports but he is a professional talker. I can talk about sports but he can just plain old chatter for 3 hours. I would struggle to talk for three hours.

First I can't believe a grunt could even post a few sentences let alone run a blog but if anyone could do it I am positive it is you.

Second I scored very low (shocking I know) on my ASVAB that the Army only gave me 3 options 1. Cook 2. Infantry 3. Combat Engineer. I choose option 3 to blow shit up.

Third I honestly wish you the best in getting the job. You are extremely knowledgeable and have dealt with people like @deanpet21 so we know you can work well with others especially the mentally handicap. Unlike others who offered you help I will not be one of them. Not because I don't want to help you but I have no skills that could assist you in anyway. You have shown to be a excellent poster and MOD on Hoop and you would be a excellent addition to Riggo's Rag. Good Luck Skins
