Yes.

Jennings was ranked way too high by everyone this week. This was a very predictable bench for teams with good RB depth. Against a good rush D, coming off 30+ touches on short rest. I am kicking myself for not thinking that through as I started Jennings in 2 leagues.

Well, Morris ended up having a Morris-like night. I was pleased. Also shocked that he caught a couple of passes. Now wouldn't THAT be something...

Seems to me they wanted to rest Jennings.

I was pretty pissed they didn't use Jennings more... But thinking as a football fan instead of a fantasy fan who has him on my team I realize this is about winning and actual game and keeping him healthy for the entire season and they didn't really need him last night. Still sucks royally because he only got me 6 points. I was really counting on him getting me more.

But if the game is close he is playing, and he also dropped a td pass. I'm not so sure this was as predictable as you are suggesting.

Ya know, I had been reading all week with his 30+ carries on Sunday that he was gonna be on a touch count but I didn't believe it. Still, he could have saved his game if he would have caught that TD pass.

This is all I could find but I swear there was more. Anyway, he'll still be their bell cow for the most part.

FFL)The New York Giants could use RB Andre Williams more in Week 4 if the team gets an early lead and has to rely on the running game, according to Dan Graziano of ESPN New York. The team is monitoring RB Rashad Jennings after he carried the ball 34 times in Week 3, and believe he will be at full strength, but with the short week the team could rely on Williams a bit more.

Against a stout run D, a back needs volume and game flow to be on their side to succeed. Coming off 34 carries just 4 days before, the lack of volume was very predictable.

But Steelers, to answer your question, no you should not worry about Jennings going forward. He looked sharp when he got the ball, aside from the one drop that would have been a TD.
