If you can ignore the lame rumors and sift through it, www.Hockeybuzz.com is actually pretty up to date on deadline day. In addition, TSN Sports News & Headlines | Score Results, Standings | Schedules has a decent feed that updates quickly.

How much space do they get with Backstrom's money? It'd have to be a big salary move to be a big player...not that there's many big players on the market.

Add in the fact that Hamrlik is as good as gone (3.5) and Knuble is most likely gone (2.0) but I am not sure how all of that prorates out.

If Knuble is moved it's gotta be to a contender...so a West team I presume? Seeing as the management likely believes playoffs, right? I'd love him, but no way in hell GMGM trades him here unless it's gross overpayment.
