I know that some texico fans hate Creepy Uncle Clappy...
I know some that regret the admins actions in steering the conference...now in the ditch...
I know of quite a few who have said from the beginning that the network was overly ambitious and would end up hurting them in the long run...
I know of some that even think they'll be lucky to break .500 this year...

I think the anonymity that the interwebz provide enable these contrarian types.

Continued distraction and no answers for the failure of the Southwestern and Big XII conferences.

It's simple. Why have the SWC and Big XII failed?

go read your trivia board about the swc....i got into it a little with corn train.....as for the big 12 it can be described basically as ...too many chiefs and not enough indians.....nebraska is a proud school and they didnt like when OU picked texas over them for yearly game and they didnt like getting the short end of the vote all the time.....im not sure why but my theory i think might have a little truth is that missouri,ku,ksu and colo. kinda went along with texas to get back at nebraska a little for them dominating them for 50/60 years..and also beebe mis-managed the conference horribly

i also believe none of this would be happening if nebraska didnt fall off they were not happy being on the lower end of the pay-out i think last year they were7/8 in the big 12 revenue split...if they woulda stayed good they woulda been getting ou,tex size revenue splits

The Big XII North unanimously voted against Nebraska out of vengence and the goal of bringing the Huskers "down to their level' as opposed to rising to NU's level. Typical liberal shit. The conciliations and advantages to Texas were not considered. Texas methodically considered it's desire for power and control when they put the proposals out there. It was sugar coated for suckers who are about to pay a major price. You give me hope that Texas fans aren't all TM's.

Notre Dame is a current member of 3 different conferences. However, in football they have never won a conference championship.

My perceived obsession w/ you is why you continue to avoid answering why Texas is the common denominator in the failure of 2 major conferences?

I'm not bashing Texas' tradition, success, placement in elite programs. Earl Campbell is one of my favorite players ever along with many OU players that call their home Texas. My issue is Texas going out of their way to limit others ability to have success. An uneven playing field is a path to superiority.

Taking down OU is next on their hit list. Reeling off 10 straight against OU is boner material for the Longhorns. It doesn't matter how many members are in the Big XII conference as long as the rest are Missouri caliber. Owning OU is a must.

OU won't play that shit, nor do they have to.

pardon the interruption......but have you read the husker trivia board...i dont like all these people blaming the swc on texas just because of this big 12 crap.....the swc fell apart because of many things....some i posted arguing with corn train for a bit......
