I disagree. His ban is probably mostly because of the video existing, but you also can't punch your wife in the face and knock her out. I'm sure they are both saying the right things now and there is a portion of the media trying to get him a 2nd chance, but he doesn't deserve it. I just hope Ray invested his money wisely while he made it.

Don't know how he stacks up against other RBs. Did a little number crunching and came up with this:

During regular season:
9124 total yds from scrimmage on 1799 touches since 2008 = 5.0 yds avg (total ground+air)
43 TDs in 92 games = 0.47 per game
92 of 96 games played during career

During post season:
100+ yards average in 12 PO games (ground+air), with 6 TDs

Do remember his longest run was 70 yards against the Pats in PO game in 2011

Nope and I know the Hammer's on here think owners like Kraft will draft or bring a guy who might kill people ( Hernandez ) but remember a while back when they drafted Christian peter's from Nebraska in the first round. He was cut before the first season when he was arrested for domestic. Lawrence Philips is another example who wasn't as lucky as Rice and doing a long stint in the can, fighting for his life daily with gang members after killing his cellmate.
