Again, I get why he was banned...now. And I don't have a problem with it. As far as him being a racist, the discussion started because I thought he was banned for being a racist. Now, I'm trying to finish talking to beardown about his how he is racist. Even though it started over his banning it has turned into a legitimate conversation that I would like to continue having.

I think it would be a good start and to be honest, after careful consideration - I don't really see how his personal opinions has inteferred with how he ran the Clippers, so if they vote to let him keep the company in an irrevocable trust for the children after both parents have passed on - I would be fine with that. You can't pass the sins of the father to the children

I'm not a Clippers fan any way - so let him be

One thing though that the business owners will consider and should - I am not in the position of hiring people and treating them fairly - I have to do my job correctly or I lose my job - Sterling is in the position and has been in the same position of abusing his employees. Considering that the league voted one time already back in 1981 or so to put him out of the league for many of the same violations he has been guilty of in the last few years - the question is he a good fit for the league. You have convinced me and you're right - but I don't think you can convince the rest of the world.
