Yes, actually posessing it is all that is needed at any age. What I am saying is hopefully the spirit of the law rules instead of the letter of the law.
Child **** is child **** but he was and is kid, even at 18. Kids are stupid and hopefully that is taken in to account.

Then Revenge **** is using **** to get back at someone, i.e. sending a video of a girl slobbering on your lollypop to the guy she left you for, or as in this case back to her but again depending on his knowledge of what the video was hopefully his age will be considered.

I agree with HuskerInSecLand, the child p*rn laws are hard lined, but usually in cases such as this the plea deals get plead down. Also, per OWH she asked Mo to send her the video a second time to which he said she already saw it and then she said she didn't so he said "Oh, I didn't send nun." She asked to see it a second time, could get him out of the revenge charge, but likely the Child P*rn charge gets dropped and he pleads guilty to the revenge charge and serves probation and community service.
