According to this he didn't record the video and wasn't in the video. Looks like she reached out to him and he sent the video back to her as a response. If your girl was raped I don't think you'd be mad at her. I'm not going to jump to conclusions and deny it was r*pe but a to me it looks more like she cheated on him.

I hear that to have/own and send in its self is a felony, regardless of you took the vid. Heard he sent to her to remind her he has possession of and could distribute, kinda black mail or intimidation I guess.

I heard same as PSA. Revenge p##n laws were setup so exs couldn't distribute pictures/videos to embarrass an ex. That way there was repercussions, sure some got rich off of it like kardashianslut but most are just humiliated. Also the girl was like 15 which makes it a child p##n case

Kid that originally both took the video and distributed it got probation and the child **** charges dropped. I wouldn't expect this to go any differently.

Yes they can, any explicit video or photos of kids under the age of 18 count as child **** regardless of the age of the "user"
