Got the smoker heating up right now. Got me a bunch of chicken wings ready to go on. I'm running a little late so I might be paused on the game for 10 -15 minutes.

I been using a dry Mojo rub on mines chickens lately, damn its good

I try to keep the sodium down. I made one with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, cumin and cayenne.

It was real good.

Then bbq sauce or my wing sauce if you want.

the wing sauce is jalapeno sauce (a mexican louisiana), butter, honey onion powder and garlic powder.
