All I see is a tear out to sub-floor in pick one and the initial stages of black carpet tile installation with half a red N in the second pic.

If that's the new carpet then a foreman needs an ass chewin' for letting his install crew set pallets and run hand trucks over it.

The new carpet is the stacks of black and red carpet tiles sitting on the pallets.

the carpet in there is pretty much a darker version of the same pattern they have about everywhere else. it's not too bad imo.
