Don't worry, you're not alone.............this Nebraska team was called "the best Husker basketball team" in the past decade........at the start of the season :L

And now it looks like it will be one of the worst.

just like the football team was supposed to have the best D in pelini's tenure.

i think that if the 2009 team could have put up 20-24 points a game they would have won a national title

LOL;

I hope he causes mass hysteria in the Pac... if anyone can, he will. Funny thing is, because he is a "up tempo O minded coach" he will bring in some very solid recruits, thus pulling away recruits from the USC's and Oregon's of that league.

Ohio State isnt as good as they were last year. Depth is a HUGE concern for them and if you can find a way to contain Sullinger ( you cant stop him but at least hold him within reason) then you have a shot at an upset if the Buckeyes dont shoot well. Iowa led OSU for most of their game at carver last year because Besabe played Sully pretty even and the rest of the Buckeyes didnt shoot that well. I think OSU probably wins by 12-14 but dont think you cant beat them because you definitely can.

We don't have a shot against any team in the BIG with Diaz and Talley both out.

We are playing True Freshman 25 minutes a game right now.

Yeah Diaz and Talley are big losses for sure. I still think you can compete if OSU shoots poorly. I guess we'll see :)

Well what do ya know, the Huskers get the Buckeye's best effort of the season :pound:

Shooting 70% from the field, and just throwing up trash garbage shots too

Niemann is literally not good enough to play for a Division III school............I am pissed that this kid is seriously on scholarship

I see the problem now though as I watch this game. Ohio State's players are simply blacker than our players. Even Nebraska's black players are white. Shit I don't know if anyone on this team can touch the rim.

What happened? I saw the some of the first half and saw that we were ONLY down by 20 or so then had to DVR the second half because I had to go to dinner.

I bet I had almost as many beers last night as the Huskers had points.

It sure is a great time to be a Husker fan!! :boom:

How many conference wins do you see the Huskers getting this year realistically? Just glancing at the schedule I think it's possible to get 5 or 6 wins in the conference. Anything more than that would mean that they have to knock off somebody they aren't supposed to and for that to happen they would need to find an offense first.

Is it possible to change my mind and say I will be surprised if this team gets 2 conference wins this year?

I still think we will get to 5 wins.

We just played 4 teams in a row which will all be between 1-7 seeds in the NCAA tourney.

We play Penn State twice, Minnesota twice, Iowa twice, Northwestern, and Purdue...........all games we match up well in.

They'll win enough games to tease me back into watching them. Then they'll

RIP MY FUCKING HEART OUT.
