Care to explain?

Why? The Thunder keep losing names and winning games. Who else can you really credit to that besides Durant, who keeps improving in all categories, especially his playmaking. Impact on a game and your team's success plays a major factor in my ratings.

You guys really want me to start yet another LeBron soap opera?

posting anything on this board about any player will inevitably break down into a lebron soap opera.

so let me end it for everyone here...

Heatfan: Lebron is the best.
Lakerfan: No he isnt. Pacers are better than the heat. Kobe also has 5 titles. Lakers have 16.
Heatfan: huh.. what?

there.. the discussion has been had. let's go back to just the list. Justifications can be made for Lebron or Durant at the top spot. Honestly, who really cares.. you really cant go wrong with either choice. I prefer Lebron due to the efficiency and defense. but i also am a huge miami heat fan.

I personally believe Cleveland is going to have a hard time dumping Bynum because there is no benefit to make a trade only to waive the dude -

The Pacers have also drawn plenty of hate on this board this season. Never realized we were so special.

His contract comes off the books if he's waived by tomorrow I guess. An opportunity for a team to dump their dead salary if Cleveland feels it will help them challenge for a playoff spot.

Alright, you guys have pissed me off enough times as is, so here goes:

I've said much of the last two years that you can't survive well into your 30's as an elite player if your game revolves primarily around pure athleticism, which LeBron does.

While he has become a better shooter over the years, you saw what that did for J-Rich. Absolutely nothing. While LeBron's shooting percentages have gone up this year, his averages have gone down in spite of that. You are seeing signs of decline from LeBron this year, albeit ever so slight. Not saying he'll decline to J-Rich levels, but if you're expecting him to produce like this for the rest of his career, you're setting yourself up for a big disappointment.

Bring out the piss cup, Mr. $tern. He looks a hell of a lot older than 29, especially watching him in interviews.

And yes, I really did just compare LeBron to J-Rich...

Yeah but if you're talking about the best player in the NBA right now, its still Lebron even if he looks like he is 35.

LeBron is the best player in the league right now and I don't see anyone taking that crown away from him for some time.
