The Padres have signed 1st round pick Hunter Renfro for slot money. Just over 2.6M. The Padres have now signed 30 of their 41 picks in the 2013 draft.

Yeah I think he's a 6'5 pitcher at 16. Throws in the 87 to 92 range. This kid could be a monster. The Padres have signed 4 International prospects with a bit over 500K left to spend. The Rangers & Cubs are going nuts with their spending. They'll probably be penalized for it next year with little to spend on International kids.
