You going?

Yep already got my tickets. Will probably be one of my only games this year considering how bad Brooklyn are. Only other game I'll try to go to is when Miami comes to Brooklyn

I'm really, really hoping they don't win 70.

I remember that 95-96 Bulls team. At one point they were 41-3. Only one time did they lose 2 in a row. Their last 3 losses were all by 1 point. They probably should have gone 75-7 or something like that but in the last month, Jordan and Pippen were only averaging 30 minutes a game to preserve them for the playoffs.

Only have to go 51-12 to hit 70 wins. This team can do that easy.

Yes they will rest guys but they do that all year. And they are good enough to beat most teams even resting guys.

This is fun to watch, Golden State's run is historic and as a fan of the sport I'm glad to be alive to witness it. I hope they break the record, I honestly thought once it was set that it was untouchable. This team is giving me second thoughts on that assumption.

Assuming everyone stays healthy for them I'm gonna say they reach 70.

70-12 on the year, which is still incredible, but no one's breaking that record. Kinda hope I'm wrong, because it'd be fun to witness.

If they're close enough, they won't sit people down the stretch, you know they wanna break that record.

You're wrong. They're going 74-8

The loss of Iguodala might end up making the difference. Not only because they'll miss his contributions... but I could see his injury making the Warriors staff a little more prone to resting players.

I didn't watch the game or any highlights when the Lakers beat them recently and just heard it was the biggest upset in NBA history by winning %. I would guess that record wont be broken until well after I start my dirt nap. I don't plan on taking said nap for about 50 years FWIW.

The further the Spurs fall behind the Warriors, the less likely the Warriors are to set the record. With the Spurs out of the race, the Dubs have little incentive to play out every game. I think the Warriors will go 72 and 10 and tie the record. I'd be satisfied with that.
