The slapdick can't win in the NFL already. I will give it just ONE year, I would say halfway through but he is no Tubberville. He isn't used to losing, he won't be able to stand it more than a year

they showed a shot of him on the sidelines today....it was clear he wasn't having fun. He misses the college game no doubt. He will return, but I don't think it is after this year because of his no show cause. At the end of the year he would still have like 6 months left which basically sits him the entire season in the NCAA.

So, I think he returns after NEXT season. But, unfortunate for chip, 2 dream jobs are open this year in Texas and USC. Don't know who opens up next year that would attract him?

Actually the reason Reid was shown the door cause his offense would get in the redzone only to kick FG's same thing is going on now with Kelly, there is no finish to the drives...

The offense works fine.

The system is opening up the wide open receivers. That is how it is designed to work.

He is just saddled with a horrible stable of quarterbacks that he inherited.

Michael Vick is simply not accurate enough as a passer.

Time and Time again the tempo offense finds wide open guys that Vick simply misses.

You don't need a big arm cannon like Vick. You need an accurate guy with average arm strength.

Give Chip Kelly a chance to use this offense with his handpicked drafted quarterback in 2014.

Nobody has ever won anything with inaccurate QBS.

And it is especially true in the era of 70% completion guys being commonplace it seems.

Denver annihilated the defending champs as well.

San Diego is one flukish late collapse from being 3-1.

I don't see anyone else beating those teams lately this year either.

Vick will get hurt soon enough and they will have no choice, but until they draft a QB or find one in FA he won't find success. How many teams can win without a top flight QB?

Who knows how patient the eagles will be with him, but he can't return to college until the 2015 season at least because of his show cause (cheating). If he is a one and done he sits out next season.

That team has some playmakers on offense but Vick is nowhere close to being a top 10 QB and he's a gimmicky one at that. It's why RG Knee FAILED (Yes I'm just going to say it), why I'm still not sold on Wilson, etc. You have got to be an excellent pocket passer in this league. Seattle has ONE perk and why they are SBOWL favorites... DEFENSE. Seattle's defense is legit and it's the reason they beat Houston.. that defense scored them 10 points and stopped another 4.

Eagles defense is a joke. Their secondary sucks, they have very few playmakers at LBer outside of Cole, and the front 4 is also a joke.

Despite the praise Wilson/Lynch get, Seattle's D is what's winning and has won them games. That D is freaky... and I could care less about the garbage yards Schaub racked up against them. Seattle's D put up the points and shut down the Texans second half.

But I COMPLETELY agree about that Seattle D. Seattle's offense doesn't look good at all.

I know you didn't, I'm making my own comparison of why I think the Eagles offense is suspect as well.

Where does the facepalm come from? Because I compared him to other running QBs with questionable pocket presence/passing ability? Wilson missed a few wide open receivers today while looking like a deer in hte headlights and scrambling around.

I've been a Hawks fan since the mid 90s dude (born mid 80s)... since I was old enough to understand football and not just root for the team in blue and green cause my Dad/Grandpa were. That's why college is the place for Chip. Yeah he have seen the national champion be the best defensive team, but it is evolving into more of an offensive oriented football. The NFL has some very good offenses, but you a great defense to contend. Chip doesn't have that.
