espn fantasy leagues post an index for every player's fantasy value over the past fifteen days. I'm interested in whether anyone knows of a shorter term hottness index (e;g., a five day index)?

Most sites have 7 day stats, but I am not sure how much stock I would put into them.
Generally by the time you pick up the "hot" player, they start to cool. Batter vs. Pitcher matchup data is where its at. For you daily leaguers, Mark Ellis has 4 career HRs off of Wade Miley in 23 ABs. He could make a beautiful, and unexpected 2B streamer today.
now where did u find that stat
