It's not happening but man.....Lakers vs Celtics next summer would be a ratings bonanza.

I agree w/ that. But w/ the money your Lakers still have they could become a powerhouse overnight. Celtics/Lakers Finals in 2020?

Maybe....2 great franchises squaring off again.

Even if we don't get Leonard I think we'll get another stud to pair with James.

lol dont be so butt-hurt DJ.

If someone asked who will be the best QB in the AFC next year I say Tom Brady- but I also have to say- ya know Brady is ancient and when you are passed a certain age it can start to go pretty quick.

How many times have we seen an NBA player be the BEST player in the league at age 34--- especially with how many miles he has?

I still take LeBron vs. the field- but I am not going to act like its guaranteed Lebron is going to be the best. If you think that you might be very very sorely disappointed.

as i said- i think its about a 70% chance I think LEBron is the best in the league this year- way better than just taking the field- and i dont see how that is AT ALL unreasonable.
So predicting what you'd say is being butt hurt....???

So there's a 70% chance LeHollywood will be this best in the league? Now be honest here wiggy. What % would you give him if he was still a Cav?

Oh there's no question the Lakers land someone big next summer. Maybe sooner even.

Dorian's tone here might be a lil aggressive but i dont see how the content is wrong.

LeBron will be 34 in December and I dont see the Warriors becoming anything less than the favorite for the next 3-4 years even if they do lose Draymond or Klay. With Paul, Harden and Capela all signed up for at least the next 3-4 years I dont see how Houston becomes anything less than a great team. The nuggets have a ton of talent and are a rising team.

What did Dorian say in his post?

LeBron is now out there in the West where the quality is- thats true

He is going to have a tough road to the Finals- much tougher than he has faced in the last 8 years

If i had to bet whether LEBron wins a championship in LA considering he will be 34 in December, and the Rockets and Warriors and all the other teams in the West- if i had a gun to my head I would definitely have to say NO.

he said the West is much tougher than the East and its unlikely LeBron wins another championship. There is absolutely nothing crazy about that statement.

for the Lakers to contend for a championship a ton of things need to happen- the young guys need to be more than just good role players- they have to become high level starters. They have to sign a high level free agent. LeBron has to stay healthy. Every IF that you add just reduces the chances.
This is the funniest hypocritical shit you've ever posted. Not that I read all of it . It's the same antiLebron nonsense this clown has posted for years. But now Wiggy loves it.

Wiggy, seriously just stop. It's too much. Save yourself some time for your lawyer job and stop. We already know your opinion on LeBron has shifted from "he's the King of all he surveys" to "he's old and will never win again ". So you can stop now. How many more ways can you say the same hypocritical thing?

Please. Just stop beclowning yourself

Michael Jordan was the best player in the league at age 34. That is the company LeBron keeps. We don't need to analyze anybody else.

better because he would be playing with another All-Star and have a lot more spacing on the floor and that everytime he has gone to a new situation there has been a period of adjustment where his team has struggled.

lol....one guy that went to college for a couple years AND took 3 years off in the middle of his career

please dont be stupid---- at age 34 Jordan had about a million less miles than LeBron does/will. You know that, and I know that.

LeBron has already far surpassed the amount of games and amount of minutes that Jordan played by a long shot.

i dont see what is so controversial here and has gotten your panties in such a bunch.

If someone asked me who I think the best player in the world will be this upcoming season it would easily easily be LeBron- but that certainly does not mean there is a 100% chance he will be.
