Man, I like Tolley but he's not even the best pitcher in our pen.

Sam Dyson is our Neal Cotts this season... unwanted/mediocre elsewhere, yet downright nasty as a 7th/8th inning guy for us.

Don't see how that was possible. That 97-98 mph sinker is unbelievably filthy.

Let's go Rangers. AL West lead getting bigger.

I'm a little worried about the Blue Jays. Tough matchup.

We'll worry about the blue jays if we face em. I've heard from blue jays fans they want no part of the Rangers in the play offs.

I'm with you. I don't see how he was as hittable as he was in Florida. Did he re-discover his stuff here? Did the Maddux brothers tweak something for him? Was he just unlucky in the NL? I can't imagine the Marlins would part with such a filthy reliever for such a weak return.

Mostly mediocre pitching, they've cooled some. They can still put up lots of runs but they're missing Tulo for awhile probably. We may not even have to see them though, so who knows

Maddux has tweaked many a reliever into an all out stud. I fear the day we lose him to a managerial position. Maybe by then Greg will want to get involved in the dugout again.
