It would be great for WVU fans from WV to have an instate kid shine. We seem to really cherish those kids, and it makes a deeper connection to the team.

Hope the number of instate recruits continues to develop into a trend...

Would be great to keep seeing this happen. 5 players going D1 in any year might be a record.

They will also be fighting some big name schools for one of the other WV players.

Last year at this time, we were loving thee fact that we had 5 4 stars already committed.

5 players from WV is great. They may not have 4 or 5 stars, but attaining that in a state like WV is difficult to do. With the competition in state, a player who may get 4 or 5 stars if they played in Florida, never gets the attention, offers or press that gets them up to the 4-5 star ratings. I wonder how these WV guys would rate against the bigger competition?

This is also a good thing, because WV players tend to be under the radar of most big teams who don't travel to the state.

great thing about Pratt as well as the others is they can all play other positions if they need to at some point. Just solid ball players first and foremost and the development goes from there. For instance if Pratt happens to make a switch from a QB to WR later then we have a 2-3 star athlete that's 6'2" 190# ditto for safety.....that's pretty good on any D1 team.
