I would say it's on both. Which is what I should've said here. Leonys should know that if he lets the unhittable pitch go then it's a win. I won't ever just blame a manager in that situation when a player screws up. He's a ML baseball player.

He puts EA out there almost every night. Is it Bannister's fault every time EA makes an error?

At this point, it sure as hell is!

Does Wade Miley own Texas? Pretty sure the answer is yes.

Bannister is wrong for asking Martin to execute something he's not capable of, but Leonys has to have a better eye in that spot. That said you are right in Martin didnt execute but he shouldn't have been asked too. As for EA, he's capable and Banny doesn't have much choice with that contract he's being paid. Elvis just cant stay focused, I still say he needs meds

We were stressing about nothing. Chi chi's plan all along was to look shake the first time through the order so theyd take first pitch strikes the second time through. :D

"He has a relatively high pitch count."

He's averaging 15 pitches per inning. :L

Gotta challenge him there. He didn't and lost him.

He cant catch enough of that inside corner to get it called a strike, yep has to challenge him

Get it together, Beltre. That .706 OPS is scaring nobody.

But in all candor he threw a lot of pitches, very early, and under extreme duress which is much more taxing than just throwing too many pitches per inning.
