Manning's HGH finally kicked in.
That would be the right way to play it and I hope Kubes and Manning are wise enough to see that. Oz deserves the start and if he falters or if like today, his teammates let him down, then you couldn`t ask for a better backup/ "Hunch" than a HOF QB to right the ship. Hopefully Manning plays along and I think he will. Oz will be a team guy and do whatever they ask of him. Go Denver, take the much deserved time off to get healthy ( TYL ) and play your ass off come game time boys!!!Good job today amid the many miscues that sought to ruin the day.Personally I'd start Oz and bring Manning in like a reliever - during the playoffs. If you do it the other way around - then you have the least experienced buy coming in at the most important and stressful time.
How often as the #1 seed gone into the playoffs with no clear QB starter?

THANK YOU #1 DEFENSE for allowing the Denver Broncos to be the #1 seed, If the offense can be better than average instead of below average Denver can ride to the Super Bowl.Agree Chris - and isn't that what makes us nervous about these Broncos? We lead all the playoff teams in defense - and turnovers by our offense.
That`s the dif between Manning and Oz. Manning would of seen that blitzer that blindsided Oz and caused the fumble, and audibled accordingly. That`s the "gold" Manning brings. Now some will say Oz doesn`t have or had the "authority" to audible out on that play and I`ll just say.....Well he sure wasn`t watching him out of corner of his eye if he saw he would be coming clean.... I don`t know if Manning should start or Brock but what I do know is Kubiak will make the call and there`s nothing I can say that will change that and it doesn`t matter cause I`ll be as nervous as always regardless who it isI've gone on record multiple times in saying that Peyton Manning wouldn't play another snap for the Denver Broncos. Well, I was wrong and now it looks like he'll probably play some more. I'm still dissecting my feelings about this development. I thought Brock was playing pretty well in the first half but caught some very bad breaks. Like many of you have said however, Peyton brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and the ability to read defenses. As always, my biggest concern is the offensive line. It may not matter who is under center.
On a positive note: AFC West champs again and the number 1 seed in the playoffs is pretty damn awesome!
Did he look faster to you?!Manning's HGH finally kicked in.
His arm looked a bit "strong" on those two overthrow to Sanders......Did he look faster to you?!
