Man, a really good team (either Pittsburgh or Chicago) will have its season end after 1 postseason game.

Arrieta vs. Cole would be epic in the WC Game.

Honestly.....he's pitched a decent game this evening. Very decent. 82 pitches through 6 with 2 earned and his ERA stands well under 4.

But every time he starts I feel like I'm sitting on a cattle-prod just waiting to get lit-up.

Maybe it's just me.....

He's earned his paycheck most of the year actually it seems. He's just awful to watch b/c he's so damn slow but hey he's on our side so as long as he does enough to keep the guys in the game and win games I'm good with it.

A day or two ago I was saying how I wanted our catching duo to be/become Chirinos/Gimenez and tonight is exactly why I wanted to see it.

Two CS, and a solo shot for Robinson......Love it.
