* Too many other organizations rely on that money - Fraternities and sororities, hotels, restaurants, clubs, less popular sports, and others all rely on game day. I remember a few years, as a punishment for a few players getting in a fight, Joe Paterno made the team clean the stadium the day after game day, and the other organizations who did it to earn money were not allowed to do so and still got the money for the work.

* I feel the football program is going the right direction - I really like how Bill O'Brien has handled this whole situation. He knows exactly what is going on, but he does not talk about it unless he has to. He talks about the future and where the program is going. I feel he will make the right decisions for the team. There is no doubt Penn State took far too long to take action, but they have taken action. Can you punish them? Yes. Heavily fine them. Take away TV rights, Take away postseason. Take away scholarships. Just don't take away the season.

I only have one reason....

Why Punish people who did NOTHING?

Oh Ya, I forgot...
The Vindictive losers who did NOTHING to prevent this crime want Satisfaction, and to Hell with anyone that gets in their way or plays football at Penn State...
