Help With Dried Porcini Mushrooms

I'm looking for a recipe using these dried porcini mushrooms. My wife doesn't like the cream sauces. She likes tomato based sauces. Any suggestions?

It isn't a red sauce but porcini's work well in a good Marsala sauce.

You have to really know what you're doing but I bet it's a lot of fun. I always think of that Jack Black movie where he is trippin on shrooms and is flying through the air on sasquatch's back.

Hell no. I don't trust who or what has been pissing on mushrooms to grow them. I'm talking about non-hydrated porcini mushrooms in particular. I was just looking for a recipe for them. But hey, I'm open to flying too.

Soak them in hot water to reconstitute then rinse those bastards thoroughly. They can be gritty.

Use them with sundried tomatoes in some kind of olive oil, lemon juice and garlic combo. They're great with pasta.

If you need a more detailed recipe let me know.

Edit: they're just fine in a tomato sauce. They will darken it a bit though.
