There was a fire close to my house that made the smoke even worse today than it's been during the rest of this heatwave.

Just sort of weird to see it hazy everyday. We aren't use to that, don't want to get use to it either. Put those fires out.

Don't envy you guys at all... once lived on Eastlake in an old brick apartment with no central AC. I remember that summer hitting a record 103 (I think) all time high for Seattle. Stayed at the office several hours after 5 to try and take advantage of the AC. Got home, place was like an oven. Had to knock on my neighbors door (on the 1st floor) and chill for the night. Fortunately in Chicago now I own a place with central AC but man.... brutal without it.

Been there twice. Green Bay monday nighter in 2006 and San Fran in 2009 (scared shitless because there no backing on the steel beams and i'm a big guy and a teddybear). Been planning on going for years just shit hasn't worked out(since 2013)
