Against mediocre teams the Heat usually get off to a slow start or sleep walk through the first half or 3 quarters. It happens in the NBA when you're a top team. You're an idiot if you think top teams play with the same intensity every single night especially when they're playing teams under .500

never said anything about teams keeping the same level of intensity for every game. but as far as taking care of business there's an acceptable level of play. i remember when the Lakers were doing this(playing down to their competition) everyone just said they were making excuses...
