Stephen cares about putting money in his pocket. His daddy came up a risk taker, spent every dollar he could beg or borrow for to buy the Cowboys and he had a drive to be the best when he bought the team. He was clueless, but he would write the checks. Stephen was brought up with a silver spoon in his mouth, never had to work for anything in his life, and he doesn't give two shits about winning, just how much more he can deposit in his personal account

I have no clue if this is a good hire. Knowing he spent time in Dallas 10 years ago tells me it's a convenient hire.

This whole coaching search was a disappointment. At least to me. It sure seems like they are going into tank mode for the 2025 season and beyond.

This feels like Campo part 2. This seems worse than Campo TBH. Arch Manning could be on the horizon for this team. I honestly don't see them getting to the playoffs for awhile.

The two teams ahead of them spend In FA and have drafted better the past two years. This could get real ugly. Top 5 pick is what I see happening in 2026 draft.


Eberfus does not really impress me either TBH. It not like those Marinelli defenses did anything special. They stunk IMO


Cowboys fan for life. Maybe and hopefully they have a great draft and surprise me.

It feels like we have been swimming in the same crappy pool for decades now. They better change their approach and start bringing in some players, even if it means Stephen gets to billionaire status a couple of years later. If we purge 7-8 off our two deep and depend solely on the draft, we are winning 6-7 games next season

Man don’t take away that tiny sliver of hope I have tucked away we have been behind for 30 years already. The current Cowboys are closer to the old Chicago Cubs than the How bout Dem Cowboys we loved in the 90’s

I agree they have a great offense, but that's also where they spent all their money. They had way worse defensive injuries than even we had and only lost two so I can't ding the guy. Agree to disagree. But I do think he will be a better HC than the guy we are on the verge of signing

Dan Campbell is a hell of a coach. He has balls to go for it. He also has balls to stand up and say it was a bad decision on his part.

Aiden was contender for DPOY. Loosing that hurts big time. But Lions just kept on loosing their players game after game. Some point they just couldn't. Boy did they scrap every second of every game.

Coaching is about more than xs and os. Dan has that with this team. That is something we haven't had here in so many years. That can't be underestimated in a game of "will".
