He will definitely spin it and say good for Mike and all of those things, but on the inside it will drive him crazy IMO. He will start doubting himself and whether or not he should have kept McCarthy and more importantly whether or not everyone else thinks he should have kept McCarthy

I would love to see Saleh with someone like Bill Callahan. Callahan would have a great impact on our OL and control the game with a balanced attack. I think he is the most underrated coach in the league. I think Saleh is a West Coast guy, so any QB coach that works under McVay or Shananan works fine too. Let Saleh make get the team tougher and make that defense rock solid. I would love it.

The guy from the Rams you were talking about yesterday is the type of OC we need. Somebody will hire him as an OC. I also have Lafluer on my radar.

Moore would be mistake IMO. I think back to that game a few years back when the Cowboys had a two TD lead on the Packers. Moore basically gave that game away because he refused to run the ball. Moore only looking good in Philly because Barkley is a stud. Any OC would look good with that lineup.

I highly doubt Callahan would go back to Dallas. But yeah I liked what he did when he coached in Dallas in the past. I was upset when he moved on

I wish McCarthy the best but I will not regret losing him. I only regret it took this long to part ways

My big fear was them extending him again.

felt the same way when they extended Garrett that time. I wanted Garrett gone after his contract expired in 2015.

Mac did a good job when compared to Garrett. Regular season trophy's are nice ,but McCarthy did not get it done in the playoffs and neither did Kellen Moore.

Maybe a guy like Prime would change the losing culture. Maybe Jerry would be more apt to listen to Prime when it comes to who plays or don't play.

For instance maybe if Prime were the coach in 2024 he would tell Jerry that Zeke is washed and refuse to play him and Jerry would have put that shot glass down for a moment and agreed

We all Know Kellen going to be a yes man if he is hired

young dude should be in Dallas 2 to 3 years even if he hits the ground running as an OC

Yep. Brunell is a QB coach so he can leave for an OC promotion. Aaron Glenn is a Heck of a candidate. I like him more than anyone, I just didn't think we would really give him a chance

Oh Jerry always has a plan the problem is 95% of the time it’s outdated or unrealistic on the football side of the room. On the marketing side I would put Jerry up against the field in any Business and feel very confident that ole Jerry would make me very rich!

Everybody that watches NFL football,especially McCarthy , knew Zeke was washed.

Jerry is 100% responsible for the disaster we just witnessed. It was Jerry that had Dowdle sit just so Zeke would get carries. If they were going to waste a 4th round pick they could have traded for a quality RB easily. McCarthy got tired of the Circus
