They can always trade him to Buffalo for Derek Roy the 13th pick in the draft & a prospect.

This would solve their 2nd line center need. It would add another top prospect to the system & the Sabres have plenty of prospects. A defenseman like McNabb or Pysyk would work.

Wow, I bet he hasn't partied that hard since that time he scored the winning-OT goal for the franchise's first Stanley Cup in 39 years. So I guess what I'm saying is that they should let it slide; it's not like he had a game the next day.

Regular season the last three years: 88 points to 73 points to 66 points
Playoffs the last three years: 28 points to 6 points to 4 points (no goals in these playoffs)

The Hawks made a serious commitment to Kane a couple of seasons ago to the tune of a 6.3 million cap hit that runs through the 2014-15 season. I'm not saying the guy can't have fun in his down time, but he needs to pick his spots with a little more tact. I also think Stan Bowman and other Hawks personnel have to be concerned about Kane's drinking, alcohol can be a vile temptress and has caused the ruin of many a career and livelihood.

Yeah, but the year he got 73 points, he missed nine games. This was his first real off-year. If Captain Serious was putting up those numbers, the Blackhawks wouldn't be batting an eye.

Captain Serious hasn't been caught in embarassing situations numerous times either, though. Also, KennyBanyeah suggested in a previous post (and I agree with him) that Kane needs to hit the gym, maybe some time with Gary Roberts is in order.
