Yes, I predicted after the Seahawks scored to make it 20 his stats would go up against a a softer zone. They did. I give him credit for that but he is not the answer IMO. His accuracy is bad, a number of passes were missed that should have been completions, he threw Sims out of bounds on a play he could have kept running, his long pass to McLaurin was covered. Luckily the DB didn't see the ball coming. Next play was an INT.
According to pro-football-reference Haskins is off target on over 25%of his throws. 25.2% is their exact number for what pfr calls BadTh or bad throws IE pretty much uncatchable. He's on target slightly over 2/3rd's of the time @ 68.4%. with 3.9% of his throws drops.

In comparison AS as a 17.1% Bad throw rate, a 76.2% on target rate and 3.3% drops

Allen on the other hand is significantly better than both of them according to pfr with a10.1% bad throw rate, a 81.0% on target rate and a 2.5% drop rate.

That could also have to do with the defenses each faced.

He probably wouldn’t have made the good grows either.
Maybe...With his inability to plant with his calf issues, I definitely agree

I the short time he played Allen had the best starts. Alex gives them the best chance to win on experience. Dwayne may continue to learn, he is very inexperienced. I worry about his accuracy.

This worries me. With the traumatic injury he had. Maybe they work around the broken bone but all the muscle replacement that was done ends up being a long term issue? No clue, just a thought.

or it needs more time to heal and next season that isnt an issue . playing football is demanding and maybe it isnt strong enough yet

That's a valid rationale. DH w/o question has faced the stiffer competition amongst the 3 Skins QBs. Cleveland, Baltimore, Arizona earlier in the year. Seattle yesterday and a half against Frisco last week.

For AS it was a half against LAR, the Pit game, a half against Frisco and what I would imagine was some trepidation about being hit and rust.

KA 's biggest challenge was a half against the Rams then he got NYG twice and Dallas in full on chaos mode.

That concerns me as well and ya gotta wonder what he was thinking on a few of his passes. That pass to Terry Mac (right before the 2nd INT) I thought was alright with because it was Terry and 1 DB and TM had the advantage of seeing the ball.

The first INT I thought he should've ran with the ball and while the throw was ill-advised imo. There were 2 Skins receivers along with 2 Seattle DBs in the vicinity. I don't know for sure, but that pass may've been more an accuracy issue than anything else.

That 2nd INT was in every way horrible and should not have thrown period.

I don't think the Skins do, but for that particular play. It might just be a WR breaking off his route cuz he saw DH rolling out that way.

They were doing what they were trained to do. Once the qb breaks the pocket, find the closest hole in the coverage and make yourself a target. Unfortunately, our 2 found the same hole.

WTFs Christmas card list should include both the Cardinals and Browns since they have both helped us out a lot lately.
