He played 151 games in 2015 when he came up after the 9th game of the season.Harper right now simply because Bryant can't seem to remain healthy and on the field
He is a few months younger, dunce
How does that matter now, Einstein?
Repeating your unsubstantiated statement isn’t an argument.Uhhh because that’s 1 extra season?
Are you retarded?
Repeating your unsubstantiated statement isn’t an argument.
Now that they’ve had multiple years in mlb and have the same ops+, and we all know their multi year stats, what is the SELF EVIDENT TRUTH that makes harper’s extra year in the league such an obvious plus?
You said one more season “DEF MATTERS”What are you talking about?
I quoted your “few months” nonsense
Why are you posting ops+
Thanks for clarifying you do in fact have a cognitive disability.
Hence the qualifier "a bit", you insufferable twit!He is a few months younger, dunce
Harper has been up and down a lot, but he would have likely been high in the NL in WAR and possibly would have been the MVP last season if not for the sorta freaky injury hitting the bag...although I think even I would know better than to hit the bag flush like that in full stride just after it had rained.Bryant hasn't had an offensive season like Harper's 2015 and probably never will, but Harper hasn't come close either.
Bryant has 3.7 more WAR than Harper since the beginning of 2015 (in 10 fewer games than Harper). He was also a 6+ WAR player in his first three full seasons and finished in the top 10 three times (led NL position players in 2016). Harper's had one season in the top 10 in WAR when he led the NL with 10.0 WAR in 2015.
I'd say Harper has the higher offensive ceiling, but I also think Bryant will improve on his first few seasons. I lean towards Kris because he plays a tougher position than Bryce.
That’s not what you meant, you lying rhino pizzle. You meant he was a significant amount younger, or else it wouldn’t be worth mentioning. I hate liarsHence the qualifier "a bit", you insufferable twit!
I mentioned that Harper was younger because it would be natural to assume he was older than Bryant with so many more ML seasons...but, Harper was in the majors at 19 while Bryant didn't get called up until he was 23. Harper actually had his near 200 OPS+ season when he was 22, younger than Bryant just making the majors (although Kris was quite good at 23, nowhere near 200 OPS+ though). That’s not what you meant, you lying rhino pizzle. Wow, I just noticed that Harper's advanced defensive stats are atrocious this year...like, Adam Dunn bad.
Is he not running well this season? Maybe his knee is still hosed somehow???
You said one more season “DEF MATTERS”
Substantiate that claim since each has had 3+ years and we know their stats.
