Jim Tomsula. Tempted to go with Fangio, but I don't think he gets quite as excited about grooming players as Tomsula does. And Jim gets to work with some pretty frickin' exciting guys. Tank and Lemonier both have genuine starting potential. Then you've got a couple physical monsters who need refining in Dial and Okoye. I can imagine how big his smile was on day two and three. And I can't wait to see what he can do with these guys.

I think Jed York tweeted something as they drafted Dial yesterday about Tomsula having his way in this draft. Presumably the DL guys were all players JT was excited about, but Dial might have been a Tomsula pick.

We are blessed with amazing position coaches like Tomsula and Donatell. I hope we continue to pay these guys top dollar to keep them in town. Tomsula especially.
