Glad Chi chi got a strikeout but that does not seem to be his forte

Buzz in referencing MM in the first...."He had one of the most impressive groupings of HRs I remember...... Having hit 2 in each of the last 2 games."

What does this mean?

Your guess is as good as mine?

Thanks for playing chi chi, but you're not ML ready. Totally gave into Calhoun there.

That is why you don't throw 2 in the dirt and get to 3-2. He needs to be able to get a strikeout with a FB

Poor Chi-Chi is so over-his-head now.

He's next out I guess.....maybe even before we cut Detwiler. :gaah:

A favorite of mine, I will have to join you. This offense isn't going to do much vs Richards and this one is all but over.

I've got the radio on now, and I'm sure those high paying TV sponsors are thrilled.

Honestly, the man is an embarrassment.

From a mental standpoint, Perez was able to learn how to pitch out of trouble but IMO he has better stuff than Chi Chi. Regression looks to have hit

There's no question Perez's stuff is better than Chi Chi's. Chi Chi is a poor man's Martinez right now. To be fair, Perez has been a professional pitcher a bit longer too.

This is a tough assignment for a rookie.

True.....But Martin has so much more stuff - including out pitches - which Gonzalez does not seem to be even close too commanding.

Love the kid, but he's got to go down and work on developing secondary pitches, which in his case, may turn into primary pitches since he doesn't have the speed nor movement on his fastball at this point.

No doubt about it.....This is a classic case of duplicated 2014 in 2015 IMO.

Perhaps couldn't be helped, but it still is, what it is.
