Slight tears in both rotator cuffs, The left shoulder is worse than the right. Going to physical therapy now. Hoping I don't need surgery. They were really bad last summer. It was really painful just putting on a t-shirt or jacket. I still can't sleep on my sides. Hope yours get better soon buddy

I have had 3 shoulder sugeries (2 left, 1 right). Good luck with the PT. I reached the point where quality of life was affected and went under the knife. Doing fairly well. Right was the worse, had that done in 99 and no problems since.

My range of motion is really bad also. They're worried I might get frozen shoulder. the pain from the tears isn't nearly as bad as a few months ago, although when I move the wrong way it can get bad. Should I say I waited 3 months to go to the doctor?
