Thanks!

I think the Senators were a bit tired playing and traveling last night. The Habs played well scoring 3 games worth of goals.

I hope Neil is OK, hopefully it wasnt his eye.

Congrats on the win man!

There's just been way too many blowout wins against the Sens lately. It's like a guarantee that it's going to happen if they go down by a couple goals. I guess that's what you get when you have a defense that turns the puck over 50 times a game and goalies who couldn't stop a god damn beach ball if their life depended on it.

I've gotta think that was Clouston's last game behind the bench even though I don't think it's his fault.

I didn't watch the last little bit either man. All it does is just make me mad...

Although I found myself laughing a couple times.

I'd say the odds of someone getting fired are pretty damn high.

If someone doesn't get fired then I've really really got question the organization. Someone needs to pay for this shit show...

I mean...you have to look towards Clouston at least, right? That and of course Murray. I don't quite understand why you don't just can Murray now. If he's not the guy for the long run (which it's obvious he's not) then get the new blood in there now to get his feet wet and get an idea of whats happen so that HE can build the future.

I get the sense that Murray won't be fired and his contract will just not be renewed this summer.

My best guess is that Clouston will get fired and Murray will become the coach. I guess from that position he'll be able to evaluate which players should stick around and which players should not. Murray will get to do the draft and then his contract won't be renewed. Melnyk will then go out and thoroughly search for the right GM. That's the plan I would think.

Anyway, I've said I don't want to see Clouston get fired and finish out the year. But these types of loses really have to stop. When the team isn't competing hard enough and players are starting to give up then something needs to change.

13 goals given up in 24 hours is not good, maybe it will force them to do something.

I'll probably jinx them but the Habs have quietly had a good run. After an awful December stretch that saw them lose 8 of 11 they have since gone 7-1-2.

Well, if they don't do anything then it just sends the wrong message to the fans. I mean honestly, who's going to buy tickets to go see a Sens game when they're getting blown out of the building every single game? The organization needs to let the fans know that they're not happy with this either and that changes are being made to better the team in the long run.

Some kind of change just needs to happen and happen asap...

They have done pretty well lately considering their injury troubles. The Habs just have to keep it up though because there are no guarantees on making the playoffs. One more bad streak like they had in December and they'll be in a tough spot again plus it would be nice to get home ice potentially.

This is the worst way to go. You've gotta can not only Murray now, but the scouts as well. I saw this play out two years ago with the Wild - Chuck Fletcher's first draft with Minnesota he was basically a puppet to the old regime - the scouting department needs to be re-evaluated as well. If not, you're first rounder will be traded for a 7th defenseman and salary dump...
