Lee and Ruutu are the scratches and Lee being scratched is a real head scratcher to me. He's been solid in every single game he's played the last little while. Carkner should be the one sitting. Does he do anything but fight anymore? He's a pylon...

LOL...The Sens have slumped for too long to make the playoffs now. I still don't enjoy the sucking though...even if it will result in a very good draft pick.

I really like the fight the Sens have been showing lately btw. That's all I really care about from now on.

As for the Kings. They've got too much talent to keep slumping like they have. I'm sure they'll turn things around soon.

I sure hope so.. it doesn't seem like Lombardi will make any moves come trade deadline. They do have the tools, maybe trying to become a serious playoff team too soon? But hell, why even play the game if you're not in it to win the cup. They just need to start having fun again.

I think they can make it work with the group they've got. They just need to play to win instead of playing not to lose. It sounds pathetic but when you've lost your confidence then it's easy to do.

Ultimately, the players need to stop thinking about things to much and go out and play. When you're in a funk like the Kings are in, you think about every little thing and it ends up leading to more mistakes. They just need to go out and play...

I think the Senators were a bit tired playing and traveling last night. The Habs played well scoring 3 games worth of goals.
