Gwynn hits the DFA list.

With the addition of Sizemore the Phils had an excuse to send Gwynn packing. (As if they needed one!)

In other news Brignac and Nieves have returned to the team. The big problem will be to find another pinch hitter that hits below .180. It has been a tradition in recent Phillies history to have one.

Both got their chance tonight against the Giants and both did pretty well especially Nieves in the extra innings.
