Gruden has no problem going into next season with McCoy.

Gruden thinks Kirk is good, but nothing special and deep down thinks he can win without him.

Gruden likes the backs he has but has serious doubts about whether they can stay healthy. I expect RB will be a priority.

Callahan ain't going no where

He likes his o-line, so I don't expect to see a first or second day pick spent on one.

Loves Ryan Grant of course but does want a fast, physical, and somewhat dynamic receiver. He basically described Garçon.

Basically thinks injuries wrecked the defense's chances to be good. I kinda agree.

The defense changed when Allen went down. Smith and Kerrigan to an extent stopped getting home as often and Ioannidis was far less impactfull.

Then Norman went down and the secondary got torched.

Then Foster went down, then Compton, and we couldn't stop the run anymore.

As soon as Norman came back, Breeland missed time. Not to mention Nicholson was in and out before being shut down.

Plugging a guy like Payne in between Allen and Ioannidis could have a major impact on everyone else.

The Colt and Kirk conversation was walking the company line. Jay has no clue if Cousin's is going to be back so why go crazy praising him. And why say anything other than he has confidence in Colt. Not enough confidence to make him the starter for three years.
