It's funny how folks wanted to fire him after year 2.... I said the moment he was hired, he needed 5-7. It's nice to see the in state talent actually stay!
I was firmly in the camp last year he needed to show serious improvement, and if not, then maybe put him on the hot seat. Improvement was shown and more than I expected.
People forget A. How bare cupboard was from Tubby. B. Richard wanted totally different style of players.
