The Yankees suck. Thuuuuuuuuuuuu Yankees suck!

Oh wait, nevermind. They're in first place. I guess it's a mystery.

love him or hate him, he's arguably THE voice synonymous with Yankees baseball.

Weird that he retired effective immediately. For at least the last decade, what he was talking about had little to do with what was actually going on on the field, but his HR calls were hilarious to varying degrees.

I'm thinking he must be really sick.

He has to be sick. That is the only thing that makes sense.

I can’t stand his HR calls. They are super clown. But Yankee fans tend to enjoy him, so that is what matters, I guess.

With all due respect I still think of Rizzuto when I think of Yankees. Of course I could be biased because Sterling never made it onto any Meatloaf videos......

But why right in the middle of April, no warning, done.

I think he probably was on the fence for this year and said I'll see what it feels like and 3 weeks in was like "nah this isn't fun"

Rizzuto, Bill White, and Frank Messer

Rizzuto would disappear in the 6th inning or so

Good times.
