Exactly. When my Aunt died she had The Redskins logo on her program. The colors at her funeral were Burgundy & Gold because she wanted them to be The Redskins colors. She was buried with her favorite Redskins jersey (RG3's). And when they moved her body from the funeral home they played Hail To The Redskins as she left. This is what a lot of people (media) who didn't grow up in the area don't understand. One of my high school friends lost his dad and this is his headstone.

To real fans of The Redskins it was tradition, family & friends, and a way of life. Something the haters will never understand or have in their lives.
To this day I will not call the team by its current name and I will NEVER called them it. If the name gets changed again I may be able to because it's another removal of Snyder's stain he left on The Redskins legacy and history.
Hail To The Redskins!
Hail Victory!
