This wasn't an NCAA issue, it was a ND issue. I think it's up to ND to decide what he can and can't do with respect to practice.

As far as I know he's back in South Carolina. I don't think he'll be practicing with the team at all this year. It would be a distraction IMO.

Last I heard he was going to workout with QB Guru George Whitfield...don't know how that went or if it even went down.
