Haven't been in the area for like 5 years. Which was the last time I had Skyline. It was good then. I've never had the luxury of trying Goldstar unfortunately. Guess I'm missing out.

Skyline. When I was a kid it didn't matter, but one time in high school I stopped at the Gold Star in Trenton and spit out the first bite. I wouldn't eat that shit if I was starving to death.

There's never been a Gold Star in Trenton. There is a Skyline, though.

For me it's Skyline no questions asked if I have to make a choice. However have never had a bad experience at Gold Star.


On a side note, has anyone had Camp Washington? Only tried it once but found it to be a decent substitute. (Not for Skyline though)

Camp Washington was a cool place. Haven't been there in years, so I can't vouch for current quality.

Price Hill chili is also a terrific place -- But you have to find yourself deep in the westside to get there.

I had Entemans several times when I was in college. I think I was mostly under the influence so I can't remember how it tasted.
