To clear things up, that defender didn't stop Curry, which again was the point that you insist on trying to change. Just because you gave examples (bad examples, none-the-less) doesn't mean they're right or that you've proven anything other than you're unable to keep up.

By his standards, he was pretty well stopped. Shooting 5/17 from the field for arguably the best shooter in the game is pretty impressive to me. For the sake of the argument you're having, if the Cavs play defense on him like that, we'll likely be taking this one in 4 games. Whether or not you consider that being "stopped" is a moot point by then.

I think you need to realize, great players wont be stopped. But there is a difference between limiting and stopping. There is also a difference between a player being unstoppable (which no player is all the time), which goes back to the limiting part.

If Curry ends a game with ZERO points and an ungodly amount of turn overs like Harden in that game 6 then I would say he was stoppable. But, since that's yet to happen neither of you have showed me a player that has STOPPED him.

I can agree there. I already know if they're smart LBJ wouldn't be guarding either Splash brother. I like GS's odds in regards to their 2nd unit. I don't think it will come down to Irving/Thompson because GS has many other options if Klay isn't shooting well.

Cavs fans can say the same about Irving.
