Fact:
The Warriors won a title without Durant.
Durant did not win a title without the Warriors.
The Warriors won a title without Durant.
Durant did not win a title without the Warriors.
Uh, didn't you mean "govern" your own team? When you own a team you can enforce that your way
My mistake!Uh, didn't you mean "govern" your own team?
Not with your mouth in the way I wouldn't.
I don’t see the logic that other teams made bad decisions to retire jerseys so it’s alright for GS to be just as dumb.
I don’t see a single Warrior fan on here saying it is a bad idea.
That's not true. I'd only lick the side of grandpa's dick, so there'd still be room for your hand.
5 guys.
You act like it is unprecedented. It isn’t.
The only player on that list of 5 who accomplished anything close to what Durant did is Wilt. And he won 0 rings with Philly.
Wilt won a ring with the 76ers. And also played more than 3 seasons there.
Oddly enough, he actually played more games for “Philly” than any other city, though roughly half were with the Philadephia Warriors and not the 76ers.
He also was born in Philly, went to HS there, and is the most dominant player in NBA history. So he’s got a very strong connection to Philadephia outside of his career there.
i mean you kind of made my point for me, 5 guys? one because he died? (is that bobby phills?)
find me a player that only played 3 years somewhere with his number retired.
Wilt was only 3.5 seasons on the Sixers, so not much more than 3.
He played 69 more games with PHI than Durant with GS, so nearly a full season’s worth of games.
Not that it matters much. Just saying.
Does that include both players' playoff games?
You got ninja'd, see aboveDon’t you mean when you govern a team?
