Let us not forget that Kendrick had a great game as well. He pitched 7 shutout innings while striking out 9. He also went 2-3 at the plate. Getting away from Philly seems to help careers!

look back at kendrick's career with the phillies, every so often (maybe a few times a season) he would pitch a great game. It's a long season...I promise he will pitch like the kendrick we all know.

I don't agree that he will be the same as he was in Philly. At least not this year. He will do better just by
being in a better environment. IMO.
