Teams know the players on the Sabres will just stand there and watch it happen I guess?

Sabres with a chance to complete the comeback with a win on the PP in OT, and nothing comes from it again.

It was pretty sad bro, not gonna lie. Given the recent event, I figured they were going to stomp Cole. Just words exchanged.

But they did complete the comeback. Shoulda won in regulation though, assholes.

I really doubted that the Sabres had any chance of making a comeback, and I guess the Habs thought the same thing?

With the lineup the Habs had if told at the beginning that they would get a point I would have been happy. Through two periods I thought they played pretty well. I thought the Sabres had a good 2nd period and got better as it went along so there was no reason not to expect them to really push in the 3rd. But the Habs were spectators through most of the 3rd in my opinion. This kind of stuff happens far too much with them.

The Sabres played a great 3rd and deserved the win, and I do think they are better than the Habs. I just think the Habs played a really crappy 3rd and squandered the opportunity they made for themselves in the first two periods.
