Same problems as every other year seem to be popping up early this year.

Bad goaltending from the backup, terrible PP (0-9 in their last 2), and no balance in scoring with 8 of 10 goals coming from Pommers, Vanek, and CoHo (they also account for 18 of 28 total points).

Enroth goes down way to quick and just doesn't seem be able to keep up with the pace of the game. Horribly disappointing. If Miller goes down Sabres are screwed. Hopefully Miller can play 47 games this season.

LOL, That's what we call my grandson Tyler. He's a big time Sabres fan and got to see his first Lacrosse game when he was in town a couple of weeks ago and he loved it.

edit: realized above that was supposed to say "even WITHOUT the idiocy of the lockout".
work on the same side of the city as the arena, live on the other, lil Biz school north of house, getting off work, having mama grab him, drive halfway home, have them meet me halfway from the other side, merge to one car, then deal with traffic/parking.. such a major major hassle. Usually miss 1/2 the first and arrive in a bad mood because the PNC is a horrible place to park if you don't come early.
So did what was best for my stress, blood pressure and heart health and took a break this year.
the lockout just gave me a fantastic reason.
